  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and billing details provided during registration.
  • Lead & Customer Data: Contact lists, names, phone numbers, and CRM data that you integrate or upload into our platform to facilitate AI voice calls.
  • Call Recordings & Transcripts: Audio recordings and text transcripts of conversations conducted by our AI agents on your behalf, strictly for quality assurance, training, and compliance.
  • Usage Analytics: IP addresses, browser types, and interaction metrics with our dashboard.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected data to provide, improve, and secure our services. Specifically, we use your data to:

  • Execute automated outbound and inbound AI voice calls as configured by you.
  • Qualify leads, book appointments, and sync the outcomes back to your connected CRM.
  • Train and improve our conversational AI models (aggregated and anonymized where possible).
  • Communicate with you regarding account updates, billing, and technical support.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors

Huvo does not sell your personal data or your leads' data to third parties. We only share information with trusted infrastructure providers (such as cloud hosting and telephony carriers like Twilio or Exotel) necessary to deliver our voice services. We may also share data with your explicitly connected third-party CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) based on your integration settings.

4. Security & Retention

We implement industry-standard encryption and security protocols to safeguard your data. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for a default period of 90 days unless otherwise specified in your enterprise agreement, after which they are securely deleted or anonymized.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data. If you wish to exercise these rights or have questions about how we process your leads' data, please contact our Data Protection Officer.
