Terms of Service

Welcome to Huvo! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Huvo platform, operated by Ligatrix Technologies Private Limited.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using our AI voice calling services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Huvo on behalf of a business (e.g., a real estate agency or sales firm), you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Use of Service

Huvo provides automated AI voice agents for outbound and inbound business calls. You agree that:

  • You will only use Huvo to contact leads or customers who have provided valid consent (such as opt-ins) as required by local laws (e.g., TRAI regulations in India, TCPA in the US).
  • You will not use Huvo to conduct scam, spam, phishing, or harassment campaigns.
  • You are entirely responsible for the data and phone numbers you upload into the system and for ensuring that the AI scripts comply with all applicable advertising and telemarketing laws.

3. Billing & Subscriptions

Huvo operates on a subscription or pay-per-minute billing model. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your account on a recurring basis. Refunds are not provided for partial months of service or unused call minutes unless explicitly stated in your enterprise SLA.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ligatrix Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. While our AI is designed to be highly accurate, we do not guarantee that the AI will flawlessly comprehend every human utterance, and you accept that some margin of error is inherent to AI voice technology.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ligatrix Technologies Private Limited, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, fines, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your failure to comply with local telemarketing laws (such as DND registries) or your misuse of the platform.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an alert in the Huvo dashboard. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
